Donald Hoover is Associate Director at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Donald is also a Human Resources Consultant in organizational development, customer service delivery and executive placement for the casino, gaming, and hospitality sectors. His work experience includes over 24 years of leadership in casino gaming. He is also the editor of the Global Gaming Business Magazine HR Newsletter. Donald has over 18 years of management experience primarily in the area of Human Resources at Tropicana Casino and Resorts in Atlantic City, where he dealt with over 5000 employees.
His various positions there included: Executive Director of Human Resources, Quality Assurance Director of Personnel; Director of Employment and Director of Training and Recruitment. Donald has been an active member of various Atlantic City Hotel and Casino related organizations. He has also participated in numerous educational initiatives and is an advisory board member of the Eagle Academy in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Donald graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He earned his Master of Science Degree in Hospitality Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Sebastian Font has been developing leaders, cultures, and organizations for more than twenty-five years. He is currently Vice President at Gaming Hospitality Expert LLC, which provides human capital and organizational development services for gaming and hospitality organizations. Sebastian’s primary focus is talent assessments and frameworks, performance coaching, and employee engagement systems. Some of the organizations Sebastian has worked with include Forest City Enterprises, The New Jersey Nets, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Galaxy Entertainment (Cotai), AGMI (Singapore), TimePlex Ltd. Sebastian has an MBA (Tulane University), is a Certified Leadership Facilitator, and is certified in the administration of several personality assessment tools. He is also a member of the Human Capital Institute, and SHRM. Sebastian serves his community by participating on the board of trustees for two children’s charities, as well as his local chamber of commerce.

Mona Vaccarella has over 25 years of experience in executive human resources management with

across the globe including Latin America, Europe and the Far East. She excels in leading organizations through the steps needed to implement programs in organizational redesign, compensation, recruitment and merger/acquisitions. Over the years, Ms. Vaccarella has orchestrated the development of tools, which provide metrics for management to assess the balance of skills and future competencies needed in their workforce. Ms. Vaccarella possesses a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Dato’ Dr. Alan Soh is senior advisor at Dimensions International College in Singapore and several educational organizations in Malaysia, Taiwan and PRC. He has more than 30 years of international experience in the hospitality industry covering integrated resorts and hotel management, leisure and ocean cruise operations. Dr. Soh previously served as Executive Vice-President of Chains International Hotels group based in Hong Kong, President of Regency Casino, Los Angeles, California; and has led a number of initiatives in the casino cruise industry in Southeast Asia.
Dr. Soh has been affiliated with Rotary Club since 1998, where he has served as President for several terms, and has devoted countless hours of his time toward furthering the cause for children in need. His efforts have also included fundraising for hospitals, autism research, and the Tsunami relief effort.
Dr. Soh earned his Ph.D at the New Zealand Institute for Higher Learning.
